INVITATION TO BID

Sealed proposals, addressed to The Metropolitan District for the following Contract(s) will be received at the office of the District Clerk of The Metropolitan District, First Floor, 555 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut (mail address: 555 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut 06103) until 2:00 PM, APRIL 10, 2008, at which time they will be opened and read at the District's Headquarters Building, 555 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut.

Contract No. 2007-36 – FURNISHING SERVICE ELEVATOR REHABILITATION AT THE SLUDGE PROCESSING BUILDING – HARTFORD WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY 240 BRAINARD ROAD, HTFD, CT

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on March 28, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the Hartford Water Pollution Control Facility, 240 Brainard Road, Sludge Processing Building, Hartford, CT. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend, as it is up to the bidder to bid responsibly.
