SOUTH MEADOWS SERVICE CENTER TO BE TEMPORARILY RELOCATED

The South Meadows Service Center at 60 Murphy Road in Hartford will be closed on Thursday, July 19, 2007, as we move to temporary quarters during building renovation and expansion.  We will reopen for business on Friday, July 20, around the corner at the Operations facility at 125 Maxim Road in Hartford.  We will be housed in trailers at the far end of the parking lot to the left of the Operations Administration building.

60 Murphy Road will become the MDC's Customer Service Center, bringing together our billing and call center, meter reading and maintenance, and utility services.  Please check this website periodically for updates on our progress.  Thank you for your patience as we strive to serve you better.

TO GET TO OUR TEMPORARY LOCATION AT 125 MAXIM ROAD:

From the North

·        Take 91 South to Exit 27 (Brainard Road)

·        Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Airport Road

·        Stay in the left lane, at the next light take a left onto Brainard Road

·        Brainard Road turns into Maxim Road

·        MDC Operations will be on the right approximately ¼ mile

From the South

·        Take 91 North to Exit 27 (Brainard Road)

·        Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Brainard Road

·        Brainard Road turns into Maxim Road

·        MDC Operations will be on the right approximately ¼ mile
