From the South: Take I-91 North to Exit 27 (Brainard Road).  Take a right at the end of the ramp onto Brainard Rd. The HWPCF will be on your left.  The entrance is across from the Days Inn.  The Administration Building is the second building on the right.

From the East: Take I-84 West to Exit 57 (left hand exit).  This will bring you onto Route 15.  Continue across the Charter Oak Bridge. Take Exit 87 (Brainard Road Exit).  Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Airport Road.  Stay in the right lane, bearing right at the median.  Go straight at the next light (passing Texaco onthe right and CT Lighting on the left).  The HWPCF will be on the left.  The entrance is across from the Days Inn.  The Administration Building is the second building on the right.

From the West: Take I-84 East to Exit 52 (I-91 South).  Follow directions From the North above.
