To access your deferred compensation account online, go to http://retire.hartfordlife.com. Click on the HartfordOnline Access hotlink.  You will be asked to enter your User ID (Social Security Number) and PIN (Personal Identification Number) which can be obtained by calling Hartford Life Customer Service at 1-800-255-2464.

Once you’ve logged on, here’s what you’ll find:

INQUIRIES

à        Balances – current account balance and account breakdown by investment choice

à        Contributions –most recent contributions made to your account

à        Elections – view current investment elections/investment mix among investment choices

à        Performance – monthly, historical performance information for all variable investment choices

à        Statements – period summary account information

à        Values/Prices – calculated every day the New York Stock Exchange is open and used to value your account; available for the most recent business day; may also download values/prices from previous dates

à        News – read news items of interest about your plan or Hartford Life services

TRANSACTIONS

à        Transfer – move money between investment choices

à        Elections – change how your future contributions will be allocated
