From the East and West: Take I-84 to Exit 39 (Route 4). Proceed west on Route 4 for 5.9 miles into Unionville. Continue on Route 4 for an additional 2.6 miles until you reach an intersection at which you will continue straight onto Route 179 (do not turn left on Route 4).  Continue straight on Route 179 for 1.9 miles into Collinsville.  Just after St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Collinsville you will come to a stop sign.  Proceed straight through this stop sign up the hill onto Torrington Avenue (Route 179 bears off to the right over the bridge at this point).  Proceed for 1.2 miles to the end of Torrington Avenue.  The driveway to the Collinsville Water Treatment Facility will be on your left.

From Route 44 West: Take Route 44 West through Avon and Canton Village.  After passing through Canton Village, bear left onto Route 202 (towards Torrington).  At the second traffic light, turn left onto Route 179 South.  Take the first right onto Town Bridge Road.  At the end of Town Bridge Road, turn right onto Torrington Avenue.  The entrance to the Collinsville Water Treatment Facility is 500 feet on left.

From the North: Take I-91 South to I-84 West to Exit 39 (Route 4).  Proceed west on Route 4 for 5.9 miles into Unionville.  Continue on Route 4 for an additional 2.6 miles until you reach an intersection at which you will continue straight onto Route 179 (do not turn left on Route 4).
