Effective January 1, 2012
Applicable to nonmunicipal tax exempt users (hospitals, churches, etc.) and High Flow users (industrial/commercial customers with an average daily sewage discharge of over 25,000 gallons).
Rate = $2.43 per 100 cubic feet (based on water use)

Special Sewer Service Charge for Capital Improvements
Effective January 1, 2012
Applicable to all customers served by the MDC's sewer system. The charge is to pay for the principal and interest on bonds and loans issued to finance the Clean Water Project.
Rate = $1.90 per 100 cubic feet (based on water use)

Water Use Charge (treated water)
Based on the quantity of water used, as read at the meter.
Monthly and Quarterly Billing Rate = $2.43 per 100 cubic feet.
Customer Service Charge applicable to all active services. Recovers costs for customer information, accounting and billing services, and for maintenance of meters.
